Refund Policy

No contract - cancel at anytime and you will NOT be charged for unused periods

Once you cancel you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period. For example, if your billing cycle ends on the 18th of every month, and you cancel on the 20th, you will incur the fee for the current month, but you won't be charged again after that.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my account?

You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time by simply logging into your GoProjectFlow account and selecting the "My Account" link. Once there, click on "Edit Account". You will then be able to go ahead and change your account plan.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account at any time by simply logging into your GoProjectFlow account and selecting the "My Account" link. Once there, click on "Cancel Account". You will then be directed to GoProjectFlow's main website.
